This agreement is made between Boise Spa Movers (the "Company") and [buyer or receiving party] (the "Client") on this [Date].

1. Scope: The Client authorizes the Company to relocate a used hot tub from [Current Location] to [New Location].
2. Acknowledgement of Risks: The Client understands that the hot tub is used and may be susceptible to damage due to weathering/warping/brittleness, material wear, or other conditions during the move.
3. Waiver: The Client hereby waives any claims against the Company for any damage, weathering, or material deterioration, except in cases where the Company is at fault.
4. Company Responsibility: In the event that Boise Spa Movers is found to be at fault due to negligence or improper handling, the Company will repair any damage but will not be responsible for replacing the hot tub.
5. Access Risks: The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from difficult access conditions, such as narrow pathways, not enough height/width clearance (estimate typically around 3-4ft in width/8-9ft in height), boulders, vaults, decks, steps, stairs, objects such as patio furniture, steep incline/decline slopes in landscape, challenging terrain, low-hanging branches, eaves, pergola, gazebo, cabana, HVAC units, vehicles, trailers & fences that can block the route.
6. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any further claims or liabilities arising from the move.
